HOW TO BOOK YOUR PET SITTER, HOUSE SITTER, DOG SITTER ?

• Once we have received your registration form duly completed, we then endeavour to select a pet sitter whose skills and experience match closely with your requirements.
  
  
• We will then telephone you advising whom your prospective pet sitter will be and give a resume of the pet sitters background and experience.
  
  
• Shortly afterwards the pet sitter will telephone to arrange a mutually convenient time to visit you and meet your pets and discuss your requirements.
  
  
• The pet sitter will then complete a comprehensive checklist to ensure that he or she understands your exact requirements.
  
  
• If you are happy with the sitter the booking will proceed, and we will request that payment in full is made at least a week before your departure.
  
  
• Your house sitter will then give you a courtesy call two or three days prior to departure to confirm arrival times.
  
  
• Your house sitter then arrives on the day of departure and you can go away secure in the knowledge that your home and pets are being cared for.
  
  
• Once you and your pets are happy with the chosen house sitter we endeavour to use the same house sitter on subsequent bookings, giving you and your pets continuity of service.
